Our platform provides digital services, including but not limited to access to AI-powered sports projections, data analytics, and credit-based service packs. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are acquiring a non-tangible, irrevocable digital product or service.

3. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with San Marino and EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of digital services before the digital content or credits have been delivered, accessed, or consumed. Once the digital content has been delivered or the credits have been used or partially used, your right to withdraw is waived and no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You have purchased credits or access but have not used, accessed, or downloaded any part of the service.

  • There was a technical error or system failure on our part that prevented you from accessing or using the purchased service, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

  • You have been charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a processing error.

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
