Credits are digital tokens you use to generate AI-powered reports on sportingintel.com. Instead of paying per report, you buy credits in advance and spend them as you go.

You simply choose how much money you want to top up your account with. For every $1 you add, you receive 80 credits.

Example:

• $10 = 800 credits

• $25 = 2,000 credits

• $50 = 4,000 credits

Your credits are added instantly after payment and are ready to use for reports.

Credits are deducted automatically after a report is generated. The deduction is based on the number of words processed (0.4 credits per word).

Normally, credits do not expire. If an expiration date applies to a special promotion, it will be clearly shown at checkout.

No. Credits are tied to your account and are non-transferable. They cannot be shared between users or accounts.

Credits cannot be converted back into money. Refunds are only possible if the credits have not been used, accessed, or consumed. Once credits are delivered or partially used, they are non-refundable. Refunds may also apply in cases of technical errors (such as duplicate charges) if we cannot resolve the issue.

If you don’t have enough credits to generate a report, the system will ask you to purchase more before continuing. Reports only begin when there are enough credits available.
