These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) explain how purchases work for the digital products and services offered through our platform at sportingintel.com (the “Service”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.

What we sell: access to digital features such as player analyses, reports, and related tools delivered online. Nothing physical is shipped.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence (or have parental consent where permitted) to make purchases.

Purchases are tied to your account and are non-transferable.

2) Products & Pricing

We may offer:

Credits (prepaid units used to run analyses and generate reports),

Subscriptions (recurring access or monthly credit bundles), and/or

One-time purchases (e.g., single reports or add-ons).

Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time before you complete an order. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected, and we may cancel and refund an order with an incorrect price.

3) Taxes & Fees

Prices may exclude taxes, which—when applicable—will be shown at checkout.

Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees. We don’t control these charges.

4) Payments & Billing

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout and use reputable payment processors to handle transactions.

By placing an order, you authorize us (and our processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount shown, including any applicable taxes.

If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize automatic, recurring charges at the then-current rate until you cancel (see Section 6).

5) Credits (If Offered)

Credits deduct when you use features that require them (e.g., generating player analyses). The required amount may vary by feature, system load, or content size; you’ll see the deduction or estimate in the UI.

Credits are not money, have no cash value, and are not convertible into currency, cash equivalents, securities, or any other financial instruments. They cannot be sold, exchanged for compensation, or transferred outside your account, except where we expressly permit within the Service.

Credits are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Unless otherwise stated at purchase, credits do not expire. If an expiration applies, it will be clearly shown at purchase.

6) Delivery of Digital Content

Delivery is digital and typically immediate once payment is confirmed. If you don’t see your purchase, refresh or check your account history; if issues persist, contact support.

Temporary outages or maintenance may affect availability. We work to restore access promptly.

7) Refunds & Cancellations

Consumed digital content is generally non-refundable. Once credits are used or a report/analysis is delivered, the sale is final.

Duplicated charges or proven billing errors will be refunded.

If we suspend or terminate your access for a material breach of our policies, payments already made are not refunded.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.

8) Promotional Offers, Trials & Codes

Promotions, trials, and coupon codes are subject to the specific terms presented with them, can be withdrawn at any time, and may be limited per user.

Trial plans convert to paid plans at the displayed rate unless you cancel before the trial ends.

9) Fair Use & Fraud

We may limit, suspend, or cancel orders that appear abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of our Terms of Use.

We may reject or reverse transactions flagged by our payment processor’s risk checks.

10) Nature of the Content

Outputs are generated from data sources and algorithms and are provided for informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for a particular purpose, and results can vary.

11) Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe there’s a billing error, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.

12) Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may update products, pricing, or these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to future purchases. For subscriptions, material changes will be announced before renewal.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected item or the then-current subscription period, as applicable.

14) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of San Marino where our company is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that location have exclusive jurisdiction, except where local consumer law provides otherwise.

15) Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
